Delivery Options Available

All our children's gift boxes, baskets & hampers are sent by trackable methods.  Our overseas deliveries are sent by either Royal Mail International Signed For delivery or a courier company.  Next day deliveries are sent by DHL, aiming to have them with the recipient by 2pm.

We know that sometimes you want your children's gifts to arrive yesterday and other times there is no real rush. That is why we at The Imagination Station offer 2 methods of posting UK items. We offer DHL standard delivery which is free or DHL next day delivery which starts at £5.00.  This price is determined by the size and weight of your gift.  Please see the table below for our prices.  DHL standard delivery generally takes between 2 and 5 working days.  However if you want your child's gift to get there quicker we recommend using next day delivery. This is a more expensive option and we therefore make an additional charge for this service. Please ensure you opt for this when placing your order. We will be unable to change the delivery method once the order has been placed. If a gift is ordered on Friday by 2pm and next day delivery is chosen it will arrive on the Monday. This is due to guidelines set by DHL and is out of our control.

Free Standard Delivery is available on deliveries to the UK Mainland and BFPO only.  All of our gifts are sent by DHL and unfortunately they make a higher charge for delivery to Northern and Southern Ireland, The Hebrides, Guernsey, Jersey, Channel Islands, Scilly, The Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands.  Please ensure you choose the correct postage option at checkout.

Next Day Delivery is only available on deliveries to the UK Mainland.  Please refer to the table above for our current prices.  The prices listed are not in addition to any other delivery charges.  Please note that we cannot offer Next Day Delivery to the following areas; Northern and Southern Ireland, The Hebrides, Guernsey, Jersey, Channel Islands, Scilly, The Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands.

Delivery to Europe (Not UK)

We can deliver your child's gift to various European countries.  Please be aware that this delivery service can take up to 10 working days.  You will be liable for any taxes or import duties that may become due.  You cannot combine this service with the Next Day Delivery service.  We deliver children's gifts to these countries only in Europe; Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine.  We price this service on the cost of your gift.

We can deliver our childrens gift boxes, baskets and hampers to the rest of the world at reasonable costs.  Please be aware that this delivery service can take up to 10 working days.  You will be liable for any taxes or import duties that may become due.  You cannot combine this service with the Next Day Delivery service.  We deliver children's presents to the following countries; Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Fiji, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Caledonia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and United States.  We price this service on the cost of your gift.
